How to

Set an incline bench to a 45-degree angle and sit facing the bench, chest against the pad, with a dumbbell in each hand, palms facing each other. Position your feet firmly on the ground for stability and let your arms hang down naturally with a slight bend in your elbows. Engage your core and keep your back straight throughout the movement. Raise your arms forward and out to form a Y shape, keeping the movement controlled and your elbows slightly bent. Lift until your arms are roughly parallel to the floor and in line with your ears. Pause briefly at the top of the movement to engage your shoulder muscles fully, then slowly lower your arms back down to the starting position. Ensure the movement is slow and controlled during both the ascent and descent to maximize engagement of the deltoids and supporting muscles. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, maintaining proper form…
