How to

A low-impact cardio and mobility exercise that strengthens the hip flexors and improves balance. Movement: Stand tall and lift one knee toward your chest as high as comfortable. Arms: Swing the opposite arm forward as you lift your knee, similar to a walking motion. Core: Keep your abs engaged to maintain an upright posture. Pace: Perform the movement with control, alternating legs rhythmically.
